Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was on board the C cab of the taxi driver B (Seoul, 60 years old) and was sent to the above scene by the above driver’s report of the above driver, who was the police officer belonging to the police station E Zone of the Gangseo-dong Police Station, by failing to pay the taxi fee even after having arrived at the front road of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, the destination of which was scheduled, and by failing to pay the taxi fee.

On April 15, 2016, the Defendant, at around 02:45 on April 15, 2016, told the victims of the instant taxi that was stopped at the said place to shake themselves, or ske themselves, in order to deal with the reported matters, and told the victims “the victims of the instant taxi, rings, police, or bitched fed fed f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f.”

Accordingly, the defendant publicly insultingd the victims.
