Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of the Bunst Motor Vehicle.

On February 6, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 700 meters from around the 40th century of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu to 0.06% of alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level around 22:32.
