Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From December 2013, the Defendant worked as a broker assistant of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Gwangju-si, where B had been operated by the licensed real estate agent B, and around January 2015, B moved the signboard while moving the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office to another place and moved the signboard to the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, the Defendant was willing to run the brokerage business in the name of the said D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office.
No person shall use another person's name or trade name to engage in brokerage business, and no person who is not a practicing licensed real estate agent shall place any indication or advertisement on any object of brokerage in order to engage in brokerage business.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, not a practicing licensed real estate agent, through E, advertised the object of brokerage in the name of D Licensed Real Estate Agent from February 6, 2015 to April 23, 2015, and arranged the lessee, who reported the advertisement on February 26, 2015, to enter into a lease contract with KRW 500,000,000 and KRW 50,000,000,000.
