A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 2099"

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving Bone Star Vehicles.

On June 15, 2018, the Defendant proceeded from the D convenience point to the distance of municipal ordinance with the front road of the Maurdo Maur.

However, since there are many vehicles parked on the side and the width of which is narrow, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the front side and the left and right of the vehicle driver and accurately operating the steering system.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to drive the vehicle and received the front part of the FMW vehicle of the victim E(44 years old) that is parked on the right side by negligence.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the above BM vehicle to the extent that the repairing cost of KRW 8,328,295, such as the exchange of parts due to the above occupational negligence.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven the said Lone Star vehicle without a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article.

Accordingly, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle without a driver's license.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of the said Lone Star Motor Vehicle.

The Defendant driven the said Lone Star vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant operated a motor vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance.

"2019 Highest 103" Defendant is the owner of B Cost Star vehicle, and the said Cost Star was the expiration of the automobile comprehensive insurance period on September 13, 2017.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:
