1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs owned land and buildings as indicated in the following table between husband and wife.
The land and buildings indicated in the following table are combined with the land and buildings owned by the plaintiffs, and each land is “land owned by the plaintiffs,” and each building (each building listed in the attached Table 2) below is “the building owned by the plaintiffs”). The owner’s land building:

On July 29, 2002, Defendant D, a pharmacist, operated the first floor of the building indicated in Section 3 of Attached Table 2 from Plaintiff B in the name of “I pharmacy” (hereinafter “instant pharmacy”) for five (5) years from October 30, 202. When Plaintiff A newly constructed the building listed in Section 1 of Attached Table 2, he leased it from Plaintiff A on July 22, 2007 to operate the instant pharmacy.
C. The Plaintiff A is against Defendant D on February 26, 2013, and the same year.

5. On July 9, 2013, when notifying of the rejection of the renewal of the lease of the instant pharmacy, Defendant D sought delivery of the building listed in Attachment 2 List No. 1, but Defendant D did not comply with it. On July 9, 2013, Defendant D brought an action against Defendant D for the surrender of the said building (transfer to the Collegiate Panel Division of 2015Gahap90 of the said court) and Defendant D ordered the Plaintiff to submit the building listed in Attachment 2 List No. 1 on June 5, 2015, which was subsequent to the ruling of the said refusal lawsuit.
As of the date of the closing of argument in this case, Defendant D moved to and operated the instant pharmacy as a new building located in Seoyang-gu Seoul Metropolitan City J which does not fall within approximately 10 meters from the building listed in attached Table 2 List 1 as of the date of the closing of argument in this case.
E. The building owned by the Plaintiffs is a four-lane road between the two-lane roads.
