A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On April 24, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Probation and Electronic Monitoring, Etc. against Specific Offenders, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on September 13, 2014.

【The Defendant was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence for the crime of robbery at the Daegu High Court on March 27, 2003; the Defendant was sentenced to a six-year suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.) at the Daegu District Court on October 6, 2004 during the grace period; the sentence of a suspended sentence becomes effective upon the final judgment on December 2, 2004; on February 19, 2013; and on February 22, 2013, he/she completed the execution of each of the above sentence at the racing prison; and on February 22, 2013, he/she was subject to an order to attach an electronic tracking device for three years from March 7, 2013 after attaching an electronic tracking device.

A person with an electronic device installed shall not arbitrarily separate or damage the electronic device from his/her body during the period of attachment of the electronic device, interfere with its propagation, alter data received, or otherwise impair its utility.

Nevertheless, at around 17:16 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant, at his own house located in Daegu Seo-gu C, 211 Dong 802, the father and the financial problem were disputed with his father and the financial problem, and the Defendant was unable to separate the location tracking electronic device attached to the hacksaw and trace the location of the hack.

Accordingly, the Defendant separated and damaged the location tracking electronic device.
