Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, around 00:50, the Defendant driven B Oralba while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.290% in a section of approximately 1km from the roads of the new fluent distance station located in the New Yandong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul to the roads of the same Gu, 100 o-ro, and from the roads of the same Gu to the front of the two elementary schools, the Defendant driven B Oralba, under the influence of alcohol content of blood.
