Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2014, at around 02:10, the Defendant changed the service coverage to the victim D(the age of 26) who is an employee in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu 4, but was refused, the Defendant divided the victim's neck by hand, cut down the victim's neck by breaking it, and assaulted the victim's face, as the Defendant sawd.
