A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After the Defendant got out of high school, the Defendant reported false facts to the investigation agency that he had been raped from singing customers, while living in a singing room after the Defendant got out of high school, and thought that he would receive the agreement from customers while withdrawing the intention of punishment.

1. On April 14, 2014, at around 03:11, the Defendant reported to the effect that “D” singing rooms in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, a police station, reported to the effect that he was raped by two customers that he had worked in D from the sidewalk, and that he was still in a singing room.” On the same day, around 03:15, the Defendant reported to the effect that 4 police officers, such as F, etc., of the Incheon Southern Police Station Ecomtation, dispatched to the scene after receiving the said report at around 03:12 on the same day, the Defendant reported to the effect that he was raped by two customers, and reported to the effect that he was in a singing room.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have been raped by G and H, and reported false rape losses from the beginning because it was necessary to make money from the beginning, and reported a plan to receive an agreement from the above G, etc. while withdrawing the intention of punishment later.

After all, the Defendant, G and H, who had the purpose of having the criminal punishment imposed, was sentenced to criminal punishment.

2. Illegal confinement;

A. As above, the Defendant made a false report to the police at around 03:25 on the same day, and had four police officers, such as Fman F, who knew of the fact that the details of the report are false, arrest the victim G (28 years of age) and the victim H (28 years of age) as a flagrant offender in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special rape). On the same day, the Defendant, at around 09:50 on April 15, 2014, detained the victims for 31 hours and 15 minutes of age until release at around 10:40 on April 15, 2014.
