Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2013, at around 15:15, the Defendant driven approximately 100 meters from the street room in front of the Domvi restaurant located in the Southern-gu Sea-dong at port to the street room in the same seat of the same Dong, while he was under the influence of alcohol of 0.098% of the blood alcohol concentration.
