1. As to KRW 94,00,000 among the Plaintiff and KRW 35,00,000, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 5,000 from October 25, 2016, and KRW 59,00,000.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned and the defendant are those who perform services, such as authorization, permission, etc., delegated by a person or legal entity that needs land development.

B. On November 11, 2015, the Defendant entered into a service contract and entered into a contract and entered into a contract for authorization and permission services (hereinafter “Dongducheon Contract”) with the content that the Defendant entered into a contract for “C Company” and the Defendant entered into a contract for authorization and permission services to develop the land of Dongducheon-si E (hereinafter “Dongducheon Contract”) and the contract based thereon.

2) In addition, on May 20, 2016, the Defendant drafted a contract for authorization and permission services with the content of the contract for the work of obtaining authorization and permission necessary for the Defendant to develop approximately KRW 9,045 of Gangwonwon I for the purpose of gathering earth and sand (hereinafter “Jri Contract”), and based thereon, the contract is “Jri Service Contract”.

1. Name of service: Permission for reclamation (conversion, development activities, and permission to occupy and use roads);

2. A permitting agency: The Korea Railroad and the Korea Forest Service.

3. Amount of services: 90 thousand won.

4. Time of service charges;

(a)The down payment shall be paid 6,000,000 won at the time of conclusion of the contract;

(b)The intermediate payment of KRW 25,000,000 shall be paid within three days of receipt of authorization documents;

(c) any balance of 59,000,000 won shall be paid within seven days after the notification of authorization and permission.
