[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 24, 2014, Defendant A submitted a complaint to the Daejeon District Court of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, 40,000,000 won, and Defendant A submitted a complaint to the effect that “B victims E transfer the total amount of KRW 30,000,000,000 to each account, and KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 to the check, but the Defendant did not receive reimbursement, as the Defendant acquired the claim amounting to KRW 50,00,000 from the complainant.”

However, the above 20 million won check which the defendant alleged as the cause of the claim was issued on November 14, 2005 and was presented from November 16, 2005 to December 22, 200, and therefore, B did not issue the victim a check equivalent to KRW 20 million on March 31, 2006.

As a result, the Defendant, by deceiving the red support of the Daejeon District Court, attempted to obtain a favorable judgment on the part of KRW 20 million from the above court, but the victim respondeded to the judgment and failed to do so on March 17, 2015.

2. Around January 13, 2015, Defendant B appeared and arranged as a witness of the same lawsuit (the foregoing court 2014 Ga 9557 Ga 2014 Ga 2014 Ga 201557 Ga 201) to the Daejeon District Court of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, 40.
