A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) from around January 1, 20194 to around December 31, 2013, the Defendant was in charge of the Category D discharge business under the jurisdiction of the Fisheries Promotion Department; and (b) from January 3, 2014 to around January 3, 2014, the Defendant was in charge of the guidance and control of illegal fisheries; (c) was engaged in the business of cultivating DNA seedlings while operating the “F” located in the Si; (d) was engaged in the business of cultivating DNA seedlings; and (e) was the owner of the D seedling discharge business conducted at the Si in March 2012 and 2013; and (e) G was the owner of the “H” and participated in the removal of the “marine illegal and unauthorized work without permission” implemented at the Viewing Party in January 2015 and 2016.

1. Acceptance of bribe;

A. From E, the Defendant received entertainment, such as eating and drinking, which amount to KRW 160,00,00, in total five times from that time until April 19, 2013, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, from E, in the course of performing the overall duties of “D discharge business,” which was performed by the Si in 2012 and C in 2013, from E selected as a business entity of the said D discharge business entity. On April 27, 2012, the Defendant received entertainment, such as eating and drinking, which is equivalent to KRW 160,00,00, in total, from the time, from around five times, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes, from the time when he/she received entertainment, such as eating and drinking, equivalent to KRW 916,00,00, in total.

Accordingly, the defendant received a bribe from E in relation to his duties.

B. The Defendant of acceptance of bribe from G is demanding G to seek a high-priced frequency reduction to G engaged in a view view fishery while serving in the Department of CViewed Marine Fisheries and taking charge of duties, such as guidance and control of illegal fishing, and performance of duties by special judicial police officers in the scope of duties of fisheries, and demands G to seek a high-priced frequency reduction. From that time, he/she receives an implied request to ask for various conveniences in relation to a view view fishery. On February 2, 2015, at a L wharf located in K around February 2015, the market price of the above L wharf is 3 kmg of the market price.
