Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2016, around 13:10 on October 25, 2016, the Defendant driving a F-wing vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 700 meters from the front road of the Busan Young-gu, to the E-Road in the same Gu D.
