『2019고단3480』 피고인들은 2019. 7. 3. 01:10경 대전 동구 중앙로 215에 있는 대전역 서광장 꽃시계 옆 노상에서 술에 취한 피해자 C(47세)이 피고인 A의 여자친구인 D과 시비가 붙어 몸싸움을 벌이는 것을 보고 다가가던 중 위 피해자가 땅바닥에 넘어지게 되자, 피고인 A은 오른 주먹으로 넘어진 위 피해자의 머리를 수회 내리친 후, 발로 누워있는 위 피해자의 몸통을 수 회 걷어차고, 발로 위 피해자의 몸을 짓밟았으며, 피고인 B은 피고인 A에게 맞아 누워있는 위 피해자의 몸통을 발로 수회 걷어찼다.
