For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court determined that the instant facts charged constituted a case where there is no evidence of crime, and reversed the judgment of the first instance that found the Defendant guilty and acquitted.

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court did not err in its judgment by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the crime of intimidation, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
