1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a two-way passenger car.

On September 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car on September 13:14, 2015, and got to turn to the left the right from the west-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si.

At all times, there is a cross-section of the road more wide than the road on which the Defendant’s vehicle passes by the intersection with a yellow on-and-off signal, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving the vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed and to make a left turn safely according to the traffic situation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left on the left by the negligence of the Defendant, and caused the victim D(37 37 ) who passed the above intersection by driving a rocketing car on the right side from the left side of the running direction of the Defendant to get the back wheel of the damaged vehicle to the right side to avoid the collision with the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant destroyed the damaged vehicle by occupational negligence as above and escaped without immediately stopping the vehicle and without taking necessary measures, even though it was damaged by the repair cost of KRW 871,200.
