A Imprisonment for one year and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[B] Defendant A was delegated by the representative B of G Co., Ltd. (formerly “H Co., Ltd.”), the contractor of Ftel newly constructed in Yangyang-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to perform part of the construction work.

B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on October 21, 2011, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2012, and changed the name of I Co., Ltd. and H Co., Ltd., the said officetel operator, and the name of G Co., Ltd., the said officetel operator, and promoted the said Ftel construction as its representative director.
[Public Offering by the Defendant] Since January 2004, the Ftel Construction Corporation: (a) decided H Co., Ltd., a company as a contractor, and the Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd. as trust company; and (b) took place with a PF loan from three savings banks, such as the Promotion Savings Bank, etc.; (c) as Defendant B’s receipt of the above executor company and the construction work was suspended and the construction work was suspended, the construction was agreed to pay 12 copies of officetels to the subcontractor at the time of the completion of an officetel as a substitute, but even after the resumption and discontinuance of the construction, the construction has not been completed until the date of completion of the construction work.
