1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and four months;

except that the sentence shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative of G (hereinafter referred to as “G”) that manufactures marina instruments, etc., and is a real operator of H [limited to Co., Ltd. I through I to Aug. 24, 2015; hereinafter referred to as “H”; J (hereinafter referred to as “the instant volunteer group”); K Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”); Defendant B is a director in charge of tax, funds, logistics management; Defendant C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) is a business director in charge of sales consultation, education, marketing, branch management at H; Defendant E is a general operating director in charge of audit and financial management at H; Defendant E is a general operating director in charge of regional management.

1. No person who violates the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, etc. shall establish, manage, or operate a multi-level marketing organization or door-to-door sales organization under sponsorship without being registered with the Fair Trade Commission or the competent Mayor

Nevertheless, on August 1, 2014, Defendant A, C, and E established and operated I (Change of H) on August 1, 2014, but Defendant A has overall control over the affairs such as the manufacture, sale, education, and the operation of the instant Association. Defendant B is in charge of taxation, funds, logistics management, Defendant C is in charge of counseling, education, and marketing, and Defendant E is in charge of audit, financial management, etc.

The Defendants, while operating the above Company, shall prepare a class system of directors - Head of the branch-management branch-Center (member-head of the branch after changing H) - Head of the center (the head of the branch-branch) - Head of the corporation, and revise and recognize it as identical to facts recognized by evidence duly adopted and investigated by this Court.

The members shall be recruited by publicizing the payment of additional allowances to the benefits of each class and higher class, etc. to persons who provide part of the sales profits of marinag as the volunteer service subsidy after having them join the branch office for the establishment of the volunteer group in this case.
