1. As to each real estate listed in Schedule 1 to 5 of Schedule 1:
A. The contract was concluded on August 19, 2013 between P and Defendant A.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff entered into a credit guarantee agreement, etc.) on December 24, 2009, Q Q Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Q”)
B) As between the credit guarantee principal and the credit guarantee agreement between December 24, 2009 and December 23, 2010 (amended by December 20, 2013), the credit guarantee agreement between the creditor bank and the creditor bank (hereinafter “instant credit guarantee agreement”).
(2) P, R, L, and Defendant G jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of indemnity owed by Q to the Plaintiff in accordance with the instant credit guarantee agreement. (2) on December 24, 2009, Q provided a credit guarantee instrument under the instant credit guarantee agreement to Han Bank and borrowed KRW 400 million from Han Bank.
B. From December 20, 2013, Q has delayed repayment of the principal and interest of a single bank from December 20, 2013, and on April 18, 2014, the Plaintiff subrogated to the Han Bank for the principal amounting to KRW 367,214,794 based on the instant credit guarantee agreement (i.e., principal amounting to KRW 360 million).
C. P and L property disposal 1) P on August 19, 2013: (a) each land listed in [Attachment 1] through (23) it owned by Defendant A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, and J (hereinafter “instant gift land”); and (b) each land listed in Annex 1 list is “paragraph 1 land” according to the sequence thereof.
Each gift contract with respect to the Defendants was concluded, and each of the aforementioned Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 23, 2013, and L entered into a gift contract with Defendant B and K on August 19, 2013 with respect to the land under Paragraph 24 that he/she owned, and completed each of the aforementioned Defendants’ respective registrations of ownership transfer on August 23, 2013. The specific details are as follows.
