Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was elected in the 19th National Assembly election conducted on April 11, 2012 by a member of the National Assembly who was in charge of the full-time adviser of “M” or “N” organization constituted by Defendant A, and Defendant B was in charge of the duties of the head of the organization of the headquarters of the Seoul National Assembly from May 2008 to September 30, 2010, and was in charge of the above “M” or “N” organization’s secretary from around October 1, 2010, while serving as a special researcher in extraordinary civil service at the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology. Defendant H was in charge of the above “M” or “N organization’s leader,” Defendant C was in charge of the said “M” or “N organization’s leader,” and Defendant D was in charge of the said duties of Defendant D’s “Defendant D’s person who was in charge of the duties of Defendant A or N,” or Defendant D’s “the person who was in charge of the said duties of Defendant A’s Internet operator or NM.”

No person may establish or set up any private organization or other organizations, such as the research institute, fellow-minded club, native folks society, alpine society, early rising club, external group of a political party, regardless of their titles or professed purposes, for the election campaigns of a candidate or a person intending to become a candidate in an election.

B around October 1, 2010, Defendant A was dispatched to the Vice-President and was employed as a researcher in extraordinary civil service in the Korea Institute of Industrial Technology, and Defendant A was to take charge of planning affairs related to the election in preparation for the withdrawal from the above election. At around September 10, 2010 and around October 1, 2010, Defendant A was scheduled to take place in the above election.
