Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Criminal facts

On December 2012, the Defendant became aware of C through the hosting display of smartphones, and came to teach C for the first time at a bus terminal in the front city around March 2013.

The Defendant demanded a different connection and did not contact with C, and tried to prepare a false complaint as if C had been raped with C, and to submit it to the investigation agency.

The Defendant: (a) on May 2, 2013, upon agreement with C, had C raped at the support center of the Kugjin-gu, Seoul with the intent of having C subject to criminal punishment; (b) on March 9, 2013, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the police officer on one occasion from the E-U.S. inside the E-U.M., on or around March 15, 2013; and (c) on or around March 22, 2013, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the public service center of the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province for the purpose of having C raped at the above 3-U.S., E-U. on or around 29, 2013; and (d) on or around March 22, 2013, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the public service center of the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province for the purpose of having C raped at the 3-U.S., 13-U.S. from the public service center of the public service center.

Accordingly, the defendant submitted a false complaint as above and made a false statement as a victim, thereby having C receive criminal punishment.
