Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2016, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on which the judgment becomes final and conclusive after being sentenced to six months of imprisonment, two years of suspended execution, or two years of education due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes) by the Incheon District Court.

Even though the defendant should report the change to a police agency within 20 days when the reason for the change of personal information registration arises, the defendant did not report the change and the reason for change even though he/she registered his/her vehicle B and C on July 19, 2018.

However, the Defendant implemented a report on the change of basic personal information, including the registration number of the vehicle directly operated by himself, and the vehicle at issue in this case is registered with 1% shares of the Defendant on the actual vehicle operated by another person for the purpose of reducing insurance premiums, and there are circumstances to be considered in the course of the crime.

Such circumstances and the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive, means and consequence of the crime, and all the sentencing conditions shown in pleadings, such as the circumstances after the crime, shall be determined as ordered.
