The establishment and reconstruction resolution, etc. of the defendant (1) Seoul, Gangnam-gu, C, and D, E Apartment District was designated and announced as an apartment zone on August 21, 1976 under Article 18 of the former Urban Planning Act (amended by Act No. 2988, Dec. 31, 1976) and Article 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and after the establishment of the master development plan, the construction division was approved on March 29, 197.
Between July 5, 1983 and February 20, 2002, the Mayor of Seoul Special Metropolitan City announced the modification of the master development plan for the E apartment zone, and on the revised development plan published on February 20, 202, the Seoul Gangnam-gu F, G, H, I, and I on the development plan published on February 20, 202.

L. M’s ground A apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) falls under the Nju-gu, and there is an O shop (hereinafter “instant commercial building”) in the main part (I) of the land use plan of the said main district located in the said main district. Some of the owners of the instant apartment buildings shared some lot numbers among the co-owners of the building and the said land.
(2) The reconstruction promotion committee of the instant apartment building established on June 16, 200 (hereinafter “promotion committee”) shall adopt a resolution to reconstruct from 734 of the sectional owners of the instant apartment from November to February 20, 201, to 734 of the 888 sectional owners of the instant apartment after the said establishment.
