1. Basic facts

A. The registration of ownership preservation of S, T, U, V, and W with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet is completed as follows with respect to each 1/5 share of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet.

On September 19, 1970, the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List 1 (1) on September 2, 1970 as of September 19, 1970, listed in Paragraph 2 (3) of the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List 1 (2) on September 3, 1970 on September 4, 1970, listed in paragraph 4 of the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List 5 (6) on November 27, 1970 on the real estate listed in the [Attachment 1] List 7 (7) on November 23, 1971 on January 23, 1970.

S, T, U,V, W Death and change in the name of share 1/5) died on July 26, 1989. The heir is Defendant M, N,O, P, Q, and R (Defendant 12 through 17). Defendant M has completed the registration of transfer due to inheritance due to consultation and division as to the 1/5 shares (V) out of each real estate listed in [Attachment List 1 through 6] on November 14, 2007. Meanwhile, as to the 1/5 shares out of the real estate listed in [Attachment List 7], W is still in the name of V. 2) on January 23, 1990, and its heir is Defendant B, C, D, E, F (Defendant 1 through 5).

3) U died on July 22, 1991. On June 12, 201, X, the inheritor, completed the registration of transfer due to inheritance by agreement division as to the 1/5 share (U) of each real estate listed in the separate sheet on June 12, 2014. 4) Te died on June 7, 2001. Y, the inheritor, completed the registration of transfer due to inheritance by agreement division as to the 1/5 share (T) of each real estate listed in the separate sheet on June 20, 2014.

5) On November 17, 2002, S died, on November 17, 2002, Z, AAA, G (Defendant 6), AB, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AI, AJ, AJ, H (Defendant 7), I (Defendant 8), J (Defendant 9), AK, AK, AL, AM, K (Defendant 10), L (Defendant 11), each real estate listed in the separate sheet on July 9, 2014.
