A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority on May 21, 2014, and purchased a franchise XG car from the border of North Korea to the F site with no identification of the registration number from the person with no personal identity through the F site, and then registered it on the above site from the Pcck Sck located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. On the 24th day of the same month, the Defendant again sold it to the person with no personal identity in the vicinity of the cultural stadium located in the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and on the 20th day of the same month, from February 20, 2014 to April 30, 2015.
