Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by imprisonment for 10 months, and by imprisonment for 8 months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
1. All facts;
A. From December 12, 2012 to the present date, Defendant A is a “mediation assistant” registered with the office of the real estate agent of Sejong City G apartment and the office of the real estate agent of H in 201 Dong 108, and is a person who actually operates the said office jointly with Defendant B.
Defendant
B is a licensed real estate agent affiliated with the above certified brokerage office from the beginning of 2013 to the present date, and is a person who actually runs the above office jointly with Defendant A.

D As a licensed real estate agent, from July 2015 to May 2016, 201, D served as the office chief at the above licensed real estate agent office.

Defendant
A and Defendant B, while jointly operating the above office established in the name of Defendant C, offered good offices within the period of restriction on the resale of apartment units sold in Sejong City, and received fees from the parties to the purchase and sale, one half of them will be divided. Defendant C and Defendant D conspired to receive part of the commission from Defendant A and Defendant B in the name of introduction if they concluded the resale contract by introducing the seller of the purchase and sale of apartment units to Defendant A and Defendant B.
