1. The defendant shall pay 88,536,950 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from September 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The Defendant participated in the tender of KRW 1,770,739,000 as a successful bidder in the bidding procedure related to the new construction of the integrated accommodation in Seoul Customs Office conducted by the Seoul Customs Office on July 4, 2012, but did not conclude a contract thereafter without good cause.
Accordingly, in accordance with Article 9 and Article 38 of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, a bid bond of KRW 88,536,950 is sought.
