A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on February 17, 2020, the second floor of the ordinary house located in the North-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant’s residence (hereinafter “instant house”); and (b) on the part of the Defendant’s father, the Defendant informed his family members who are not in good mind of his usual body, and was talked with C, the father, who was his father, of telephone communications.

In this regard, C’s answer that “I do not turn back,” the Defendant posted a fire on a plastic bag in possession of a net flower, and attached it on the floor, followed by a fluor who discovered it and reported it, but only the fluor was destroyed on the wind that the fire officer dispatched after being discovered and reported by his father, and the fluor was not on the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor.

In this respect, the defendant tried to destroy a structure used by his parents and her parents as a residence, but did not bring about an attempted crime.

Article 62-2(1) of the Probation Criminal Act: (a) the Defendant was suffering from a mental disorder caused by a cerebrovascularism, and due to social adaptation, etc.; (b) thereby, showed an aggressive attitude toward family members who care for himself/herself at ordinary times; and (c) resulting in the instant crime.

While being hospitalized, the same refers to that other persons are not good even when they are receiving hospital treatment.
