A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2016, at around 05:30 on May 7, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) sought from the victim D and the Fju Group 2 operated jointly by E in order to usely use E while drinking for E and drinking for traffic; and (b) obstructed by the victim who was frighting to stop, the Defendant suffered from the victim, who was frightening to use the part of the victim’s bridge at around 3-4 times with a large amount of 3-4 times from the victim’s inside, thereby suffering from the victim’s frighting to walk the part of the victim’s bridge, which requires treatment for about 3 weeks.

2. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant suffered from indecent act by indecent act by indecent act by indecent act: (a) the Defendant: (b) went off her mouth 203 patur; and (c) took her panty spanty; (d) she reported the victim I who was delivered by coffee; and (e) her desire to engage in a sexual intercourse by taking 200,000 won in cash to the victim who got into mind of indecent act by force; (b) however, the Defendant rejected the victim’s “self-confiscing” to the effect that the victim was not such woman; (c) returned 193,00 won in coffee excluding coffee value to the victim; and (d) tried to take advantage of the victim’s body towards the victim’s right hand, and continued to take advantage of the victim’s her arm’s length and the victim’s body towards the right hand, and (d) continued to take advantage of the victim’s free will.
