Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2014, around 20:41, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim C taxi in front of the Dongdaemun Station located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; and (b) told the victim to go back to the galet railroad station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the user fee even if he uses the above taxi, such as there is no money.

The defendant did not pay 15,800 won to the victim, even though he/she was using the taxi provided by the victim to Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-ro.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. On November 27, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around November 27, 2014, on the top of the front place of D-si operated by the victim C who stops on the front line of Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, demanded the Defendant to pay the taxi fee; (b) the victim requests the 112 return; (c) the 112 report was made; (d) the victim was intending to take the fright to take the fright to take the fright to take the fright; and (e) the said fright to take the fright to go through very rough and disorderly conduct

3. The Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act is a Chinese citizen who has no nationality of the Republic of Korea.

An alien staying in the Republic of Korea shall always carry his/her passport, seafarers¡¯ identity document, entry permit for foreigners, foreigner registration certificate or landing permit (hereinafter referred to as " passport, etc.") and present his/her passport, etc. upon request by any competent public official for presentation of a passport, etc.

On November 27, 2014, at around 21:28, the Defendant did not carry a passport, etc. at the same place as that of paragraph (2). Upon receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant did not pay a taxi fee as provided in paragraph (1), the Defendant was requested to present a passport, etc. from G guards of the Seoul Guro Police Station that called to the scene, but did not present a passport, etc.
