1. Defendant J Co., Ltd shall deliver to the plaintiffs the real estate corresponding to each plaintiff listed in the list (attached Form 1).

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs are co-owners holding each sectional owner who owns a sectioned store as described in the list (attached Form 1) among the three floors of the main complex facilities of the 21st floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government MM steel concrete structure (hereinafter “N building”).
B. On June 14, 2013, Defendant K concluded a lease agreement with O and P as follows with respect to the third floor of the N building, as the chairperson of the “N building third floor operation council” comprised of sectional owners of the third floor of the N building.
At the time, Defendant K did not receive any delegation from the Plaintiffs on the conclusion of a lease agreement with regard to each real estate listed in the list (attached Form 1).

3) The share of the third floor of the NV located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Crimes, corridor, elevator, etc.) is a contract for use separately with the management body.
