A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The seized Handphones 101.49g (No. 1) and 300g (No. 2) respectively.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 14, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant added approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs to a single-use injection machine with Metepia (one penphone; hereinafter “philopon”), and dypon administered philopon in the way of injecting it into a single-use injection machine, and dypon injection into the arms.

2. The Defendant, from around December 9, 2014 to around November 1, 2011 of the same month, 3 days from Cambodia, injected 0.1g of philopon into a disposable injection machine every time at the hotel room located in Cambodia Franch, and administered philopon in a way of injecting it into the arms.

3. The Defendant, from January 4, 2015 to May 5, 2015, put approximately 0.1g of oponon into a disposable injection machine for two occasions at the hotel rooms located in Cambodia for two days from the hotel rooms located in Cambodia, and injected the oponon by means of injecting it into the arms.

4. On January 31, 2015, the Defendant, at the hotel hotel rooms located in Cambodia, 0.1g of phiphonephones were put in a single-use injection machine, and injected phiphones by means of injection into the arms after having been injected into the arms.

5.
