A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized by the defendant shall be confiscated as provided for in subparagraphs 1 through 9.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased a conviction card opened under the name of another person from his name and then resells it to the gambling site operation organization, etc.

1. No person who has violated telecommunications business by sales of a prepaid card shall intermediate other persons' communications by using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such information for communications of other persons;

Nevertheless, on March 3, 2018, the Defendant purchased a prepaid card in the name of 100,000 won from a person in the name of the deceased, and sold it to a person in the name of 1.80,000 won from a person in the name of 1.8 billion won, and then sold it to the non-persons in the name of 1.8,00 won, as described in the list of crimes in attached Form 1 to October 11, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for the purpose of telecommunications.

2. No person who violates the telecommunications business due to the use of the relevant prepaid card shall open a mobile communications terminal device in any third person's name, on condition of providing or lending funds, and use the telecommunications service provided for such mobile communications terminal device or use the relevant funds for recovery.

A. On December 2, 2017, the Defendant purchased the conviction card (phone number: G) opened in F’s name from a person in the name of the Defendant via the Internet, and around that time, used the telecommunications service provided to the mobile communications terminal device in another person’s name on the condition that the Defendant provided funds by installing it in a separately purchased mobile communications terminal device at H stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and installing it in a separate mobile communications terminal device in the H stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. The Defendant via the Internet around August 6, 2018.
