A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in relation to Canada’s fish driving schools, is entitled to receive the victim D with a high price and a lot of benefits at a non-specing place in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “C”) in the middle of November 2015, in which he/she had been operating a mutual study source of “C” in the Philippines.

When sending the registration fee, it will be registered in the EFO 24 main program in Canada.

However, in fact, the defendant thought that he will use it as a personal living cost even if he receives the registration fee from the injured party because the study personnel continued to operate in a state of hostile and personal borrowing, and the defendant did not have the intent or ability to register the victim with the 24 main program of the Canadian Language Institute.

The defendant obtained 5,890 US dollars from the injured party on the pretext of registration fees at around that time and acquired it by fraud.

2. While the Defendant was operating a “C” study source as stated in paragraph (1), the Defendant was at a place not exceeding October 8, 2016, and registered with the victim F via the same study source as “C,” rather than directly registered with the Republic of Korea in the Philippines. In short, the Defendant is at low prices and may work in progress.

It is intended to register the tuition fees of the LOI to receive from G to G for 12 weeks from G.

However, in fact, the defendant thought that he would use it as personal living expenses or gambling funds even if he receives the registration fees from the injured party because the study personnel continued to operate in a state of hostile and personal borrowing of money.

The defendant is given KRW 3,220,00 from the time of receiving from the injured party the delivery of KRW 3,220,00 in the name of registration fees at that time, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form until October 17, 2016.
