Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2013, around 02:20, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with approximately KRW 0.179% alcohol content in the section of about 3km from the front of the “original funeral hall” located in Goyang-gu Sungyang-gu, Seoyang-gu to the front road of the “Gero High School” located in the same 373-77 of the same Gu earth.
