Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

B, around 10:00 on December 14, 2012, while driving a C-learning passenger car used in his/her workplace on the front of the Hosung C-learning bridge located in the Youngjin-gu child at the time of Jeonjin-gu on December 14, 2012, due to negligence of neglecting his/her duty of c-learning, which was stopped in the vicinity.

Accordingly, B requested that the Defendant, who is the place of work, be subject to reprimand at the workplace, “A traffic accident is caused, and the four vehicles have been paid, demanding insurance treatment.” The Defendant consented to the request, and the Defendant reported as if he had paid the above accident on his passenger lane to receive insurance benefits by reporting it to the insurance company as if he had paid the above accident.

In accordance with the above public offering, Defendant 1 received insurance policies to the effect that: (a) the person who caused a traffic accident is B; and (b) the vehicle that caused the accident is a vehicle of C bargaining No. 10:49, Dec. 14, 2012; and (c) the employee F of the “victims Non-Life Compensation Insurance” by using his mobile phone to “the vehicle in Korea was in contact with D’s E-I-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-S

The Defendant and B attempted to have the victim pay KRW 4,029,740 to D as insurance money for the contact accident. However, the Defendant and B attempted to have the victim pay KRW 4,029,740 to the employees belonging to the victim of the accident by discovering the “accident vehicle”.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, tried to acquire economic benefits equivalent to KRW 4,029,740 by deceiving the victim, but did not commit an attempted crime.
