A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2003, the Defendant got out of the Republic of Korea on October 28, 2003, 723 of 2018, and used to borrow money from the victim C, who is the birth of middle school, and acquired it by fraud.

On July 20, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement by phoneing the victim to the victim, stating that “The Defendant is currently going on a business trip in Japan, which requires urgent money, and may immediately repay its shares by investing in the location of the future investment research institute.”

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
