1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On September 6, 2012, the indication C of the claim lent KRW 40,00,000 to the Defendant with the due date set as July 21, 2013. On April 30, 2015, the Plaintiff transferred the above loan claim to the Plaintiff and notified the Defendant of the assignment of the claim on the same date. As such, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff the above loan KRW 40,000,000 and the delayed payment damages.
