1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,688,532 as well as KRW 67,00,000 among them, from December 6, 2018 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 10 million to the Defendant on July 15, 2013 as the end of October 15, 2018, with the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum, and the period until October 15, 2018. On the same day, the Plaintiff extended a loan with the interest rate of KRW 60 million per annum and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum, and the period until October 15, 2018. The Defendant lost its profits due to the Defendant’s failure to pay interest. As of December 5, 2018, the Defendant’s obligation owed to the Plaintiff as of December 5, 2018, with the interest rate of KRW 67,00,000 per annum, interest rate of KRW 3,68,532 per annum, or with the purport of the entire pleadings written in the evidence No. 1, 2, and 3.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum, which is the interest rate of the principal and interest of KRW 70,688,532 and the principal of KRW 67,00,000 among the principal and interest of KRW 70,68,532, and the interest rate of KRW 67,000

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
