A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.

On July 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car at around 20:50, and proceeded with the three-dimensional distance of the members of Ansan-si and the eight-dimensional distance of Ansan-si from the front side of the license examination site to the front side. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant got the right-hand side of the 7th intersection.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence as above, sustained injury to the victim C and the victim E, who is a passenger of the said vehicle of soflurt, due to each of the two weeks medical treatment, and at the same time, even though the said vehicle of soflur was damaged to repair KRW 1,052,700, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures such as aiding the damaged person.
