A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B-pon car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.126% from the 10km section of the blood alcohol level to the lower part of the park in Cheongdo-dong, Cheongdo-dong, Cheongdo-dong, Cheongdo-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si around 12:40 on May 19, 201.
