Punishment of the crime

On June 16, 2015, around 06:02, the Defendant driven a cub car in company G while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.178% on the road of about 20 meters in the same road from the D stopping place in front of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu 106 to the road before the F veterinary Center.
