1. The Defendant’s regular meeting dated December 23, 2012 (hereinafter “Defendant”) passes a resolution to dismiss C as the Defendant’s president, and the Defendant’s president.

1. Basic facts

A. B. On December 17, 2012, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives did not elect the members of the next council of occupants’ representatives, and the term of office of the representatives of the first building of the instant apartment building (hereinafter “the representatives of the existing buildings”) has expired.

C. On December 23, 2012, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives opened a regular meeting and carried out the procedure for the election of the president of the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives. The resolution was made by raising C from 220,000 won to 60,000 won (hereinafter “instant resolution”) with the consent of 10 occupants and users of the instant apartment including the representatives of the previous buildings (hereinafter “occupants, etc.”) (7 Dong occupants, Nadong occupants, etc.”) and the consent of 10,000 won (hereinafter “instant resolution”).

Around October 11, 2012, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives constituted an election committee (election management committee members: E and F) to elect representatives of the instant apartment buildings, and then publicly announced the registration of candidates for representatives of each building, and received the registration of candidates from October 28, 2013 to November 2, 2013; however, the Defendant’s council of occupants’ representatives received the registration of candidates; however, there was no person who will accept the registration of candidates; the election committee decided to ratification the resolution for reappointment and increase of the number of representatives of each building on November 3, 2013, at which the scheduled election date for each building was the scheduled election.
