A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 8, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of injury, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence in a medical prison on September 5, 2013.
