1. The remainder of each real estate listed in the Appendix 1, which was put up for an auction and deducted from the proceeds of the auction.
Reasons
1. The following facts are either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to Gap evidence 1-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Gap evidence 2-1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
A. On February 24, 1995, each of the instant real estate listed in the separate title No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant real estate”) was based on the donation from February 11, 1995 with respect to each of the instant real estate as indicated in the separate title No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the instant real estate”). The Defendants, F, and G created an equal ownership by one fifth of each ownership in the name of the Defendants, F, and G.
B. After December 26, 2012, among the real estate No. 1 of this case, the ownership of Defendant D’s shares (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on the ground of sale by compulsory auction conducted on December 26, 2012, and the ownership of G’s shares (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on June 10, 2014 through inheritance, sale and purchase. The ownership of Defendant E’s shares (1/5) and F’s shares (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on June 12, 2014 due to sale and purchase and gift. Accordingly, the ownership transferred to Defendant D’s name was transferred to the lower court on June 12, 2014.

Of the instant real estate Nos. 2, 3, and 4, the ownership of Defendant D’s shares (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on December 26, 2012 due to the sale by compulsory auction conducted on December 26, 2012, on January 9, 2013. The ownership of G’s shares (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on June 10, 2014 through inheritance, purchase, and sale. As to F’s shares (1/5), the ownership was transferred to the Defendant’s name on June 12, 2014 on the ground of donation. Accordingly, the ownership was transferred to the Defendant’s name on June 12, 2014.

On June 10, 2014, the ownership of G among the real estate No. 5 in the instant case (1/5) was transferred to the Plaintiff’s name on June 10, 2014, and F.
