1. The order of the first instance judgment, including a claim modified by this court, shall be modified as follows.

The scope of this Court’s adjudication in the first instance trial: (a) the Plaintiff sought revocation and restitution of fraudulent act of each gift contract entered into between E and Defendant B with respect to each of the money entered in “the date of remittance”; (b) the Plaintiff sought revocation and restitution against Defendant C on April 24, 2014 and “the date of remittance” entered in “the date of remittance”; and (c) sought revocation and restitution against Defendant D with respect to each of the money entered in “the date of remittance” entered in “the date of remittance”; and (d) sought revocation and restitution of fraudulent act of each of the money entered in “the date of remittance” entered in “the date of remittance” entered in “the date of remittance” as stated in “the date of remittance” set forth in attached Tables 1 and 2 of “the date of remittance” set forth in attached Tables 3 and 1 and 2.

On April 24, 2014, the first instance court rejected the Plaintiff’s claim for revocation of fraudulent act and restitution against the Defendant C’s gift contract, and accepted the Plaintiff’s claim for revocation of fraudulent act and restitution to original state against the Defendant B, while dismissing all the Plaintiff’s remaining claims against Defendant B and C and the claim against Defendant D.

As to this, the part against the plaintiff in the first instance judgment against the plaintiff was appealed, and the part of the plaintiff's claim for revocation of fraudulent act and restitution against the defendant C, which was rejected in the first instance judgment against the plaintiff, was withdrawn on April 24, 2014, and around the contrary, ① the contract of donation concluded against the defendant Eul as to each of the money recorded in the "amount sent" in attached Table 1 (1) of the remittance statement between E and the defendant B, and the "date of Transfer" in paragraph (2) of the same Table of the same Table, and the "amount sent" entered in the "date of Transfer" stated in paragraph (2) of the same Table against the defendant Eul, and ② the cancellation and restitution of fraudulent act as to each of the money entered in the "amount forwarded" as to each date.
