A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car B high-speed car.

Around 17:50 on December 10, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.081% of the blood alcohol concentration, and led to the driving of the said car at a speed of about 60km per hour from the direction of the shooting distance to E.

Since there is a road where the center line of yellow-ray is installed, there was a duty of care to make a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle thoroughly and safely drive the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this due to the negligence of driving the center line in the middle line, and received the left-hand part of the G 3KL mobile vehicle loaded by the G 3KL mobile vehicle in front of the left-hand side of the Defendant’s car and continued to drive the said passenger vehicle by the victim H(the age of 46) who continued to drive the said passenger vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim F’s injury, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks by occupational negligence as above, and suffered injury to the victim H, such as a breath’s fladder, which requires approximately five weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 17:50 on December 10, 2019, the Defendant driven B low-speed car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.081% at the section of about 3km from the Do to the front road located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, in the front of the pertinent road.
