1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 35,635,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from October 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, an annual interest rate of 20% under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the annual interest rate of 15% from October 1, 2015 shall apply, respectively.
