A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2003, the Defendant committed the following crimes in collusion with a counterfeited passport slaber on his name, who was responsible for excessive credit card debts, and committed the following crimes with the intent to forge B’s passport on his name and drive B, and to leave Japan.

1. On July 2003, 200, the Defendant: (a) sent B’s passport and a photograph of his own certification to the above-mentioned passport slaber on the first day and on the non-on the non-on the non-on the first day of July 2003; and (b) then replaced B’s photograph of certification attached to B’s passport in an irregular manner at a non-on the non-on the name of the Defendant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a forged passport of the defendant and his name in collusion, a passport of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, which is an official document, has been forged.

2. On July 10, 2003, the Defendant was issued a departure inspection at the Jeju International Airport departure inspection team located in the Jeju International Airport at Jeju on July 10, 2003, and exercised the forged official document by presenting the passport as if it were actually issued.

3. When intending to depart from the Republic of Korea to an area outside the Republic of Korea, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act by presenting a valid passport at the port of entry and departure with the valid passport, despite having undergone the departure inspection by the immigration control official, at the port of entry and departure like Paragraph (2).
